Some candidates make clean teeth part of their campaign platform. Others just have great teeth. Joe Biden’s pearly whites have inspired their own Web site, “Joe Biden’s Teeth 2008,” dedicated to, well, something about the Democratic VP nominee’s highly patriotic teeth.
The site opens with supposed “quotes” from Biden, like, “Without dental hygiene we’re no better than the Communists,” “Don’t say ‘cheese’ say ‘America’,” and “America can’t afford 4 more years of the same brush policies.”
For those who need more Obama for their iPhone, the site says it has an app on the way.
The site also has a game challenging viewers to pick out Biden’s teeth from a lineup. And don’t miss the “brushing” section.
In all seriousness, I have no idea what the creators of this site had in mind when they made it. They do link to “Dentists for Obama, but there doesn’t seem to be any sort of agenda at work here.
It did make me laugh, though, and I hope, dear readers, it brings a little joy to your day as well.
