Anti-Bush Protests Planned for Friday Visit
The progressive grassroots group, “Be the Change” will be part of an anti-Bush protest on Friday at the parking lot at the First Universalist Church on 4101 East Hampdem near Cherry Creek, according to its press release today. Info
It will join other organizations in this rally. “Be The Change” has also organized a $1.00 per person luncheon as a parody to a Rick O’Donnell $1,000 a plate dinner with President Bush. Joining the activities will be Congresswoman Diana DeGette, speaking on Bush’s veto of stem cell research legislation.
