Udall campaign pivots to NSA and privacy

 
Remember a few weeks ago when we considered how little online privacy was coming up in the hot, heavy and increasingly nasty U.S. Senate race between incumbent Mark Udall and Republican Congressman Cory Gardner? Well, here’s an update:

Not only are your friendly Koch-funded millennials jumping to try and school one of the nation’s top government-snoop-resisting senators on internet policy, Team Udall is out today with “Eyes,” a positive Web ad laying out their candidate’s more or less unparalleled record on Internet privacy.

“We’ve got to keep our eyes on government,” says Udall in the ad. “Or government keeps its eyes on us.”
