A licensed gun owner in Avon doesn’t want to have to disarm every time he goes to the post office. In fact, it’s such an inconvenience that he, along with the National Association for Gun Rights, sued the U.S. Postal Service over the issue last year. A federal judge ruled that the USPS could ban guns inside post office lobbies, but not in their parking lots. Neither side was happy with that ruling and now the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals is taking a fresh look at the case. A three-judge panel heard arguments Wednesday. Via the Pueblo Chieftain.
