Just how low can Marilyn Musgrave go? Newsweek piles on this week, placing the Colorado congresswoman at the top — or, rather, the bottom — of its Dignity Index, ranking her refusal to concede nearly two weeks after losing her 4th District seat as even more egregious than Ralph Nader’s “Uncle Tom” comment about President-elect Barack Obama and MSNBC host Joe Scarborough’s potty mouth.

MSNBC’s “Morning” Joe Scarborough drops an F-bomb on air right in the middle of breakfast hour. Congrats! Now you’re on tape delay. Score: 6

Despite losing her re-election bid by 12 points, Colorado GOP Rep. Marilyn Musgrave refuses to congratulate her opponent or even concede the race. Score: 78
