A Colorado gift for that special someone who already has everything
Are you still looking for the perfect Christmas gift for a special somebody who already owns everything?
How about this: a ghost town.
That’s right. The New York Post reported that for $1 million George Washingtons, the abandoned Gold-Rush era town of UpTop, Colorado can be yours to move into. The 42 acres include a church, a bar, and a one-room school house.
You can buy the whole thing or you can parcel it out. There’s even a house with a full kitchen to live in.
The views aren’t shabby. The history’s rich. So why not?
“This is your opportunity to live the Colorado dream and own a real life ghost town located a the top of the old La Veta Pass,” a real estate ad for the property states. Check it out below.
