Hundreds of women and their allies gathered and marched around the Colorado Capitol building yesterday to mark the International Women’s Day.
The march was planned as part of the nationwide “A Day Without a Woman” strike. Event organizers urged women to take a day off from paid and unpaid work as a protest against pay inequity and other forms of inequality.
