Gov. Bill Ritter has signed 16 more bills into law, including Senate Bill 25, which prohibits employers from discriminating against people based on their sexual orientation. (During the session some individuals and groups, notably Focus on the Family, criticized the proposal, though religious organizations – like Focus on the Family – are exempt.
