The Chicago convention was so, like, 30 years ago

Ivan Moreno of the Associated Press has written a story about infighting among protest groups who are planning to agitate during the Democratic National Convention. But right there, in the lead, is a “factoid” that kind of blows the whole thing: “They adopted a bold name — Recreate 68 — promising a protesters’ show of force like in Chicago 30 years ago when the Democratic National Convention comes to Denver in August,” the AP story starts off.

Gee. Recreate 68. As in, 1968. Wasn’t that so, like, 40 years ago?
