Party time with Bob Schaffer and the Ukrainians
Keep reading for the invitation — including claims of Schaffer’s "fruitful terms as a six-year congressman, posted at the Web site "Cyber Cossack."
On behalf of Ukrainian-Americans for Bob Schaffer 2008, Peter Borisow, Irena Holiat, Arthur Hryhorowych, Genya Kuzmovych-Blahy, Roman Myhal, Irka Nauholnyk-Cohen, Orysia Woloszyn-Dmytrenko, and Volodymyr Zaryckyj cordially invite you to an “Evening with Bob Schaffer — Republican Candidate for the Open Seat in the US Senate from the Great State of Colorado”. Bob Schaffer, during his three remarkably fruitful terms as a Congressman, was considered to be “Ukraine’s best friend in the US House of Representatives”. [Incidentally, he was also one of that rare breed who signed the ‘Contract with America’ and actually did not seek a fourth term.] Through our common efforts, with our “Evening” being a good first step, we can help ensure that Bob Schaffer will have a chance to become “Ukraine’s best friend in the US Senate Chamber” as well. The event is scheduled to take place in the Grand Salon of the landmark Women’s National Republican Club, located at 3 West 51st Street [Corner of 5th Ave. and 51st St.] New York, New York, on June 26, 2008 from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Due to the time constraints involved with facilitating the gathering, we kindly ask that you RSVP [respond to Marta Kostyk-Zaryckyj at email@example.com] by June 24, 2008, concerning your intention to attend.
