New Mexico snags tech jobs from Colorado Springs

 When it comes to Western states battling over resources, it seems like jobs are the new water. As our sister site New Mexico Independent notes, Hewlett-Packard’s plans to set up a new call center in Rio Rancho, N.M., will come at a cost to Colorado: The 800 employees at HP’s Colorado Springs facility are being told to move to New Mexico or they’ll lose their jobs
