A Man with a plan: Bill Black testifies on Lehman bankruptcy

Bill Black is a professor of Economics and Law at the University of Missouri, Kansas City, where he teaches White-Collar Crime, Public Finance, Antitrust, Law & Economics. He wrote The Best Way to Rob a Bank Is to Own One about the savings and loan debacle of the 1980s led by Charles Keating and Colorado-based Bush-family cronies.

Here he is testifying in Washington today on the need for a new-old kind of finance regulation. It’s a blast of fresh air.
