Dem Party Chair Sends Trailhead Complaint to Denver DA
Are you tired of the untruthful accusations in political ads? So is Pat Waak, chairman of the Colorado Democratic Party. She recently sent an open letter to Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey asking him to enforce the law about using false information in a campaign. “Rogue 527’s on either side have to be truthful,” Waak stressed, talking about her letter.The regulation Waak is referring to is CRS
