Frank Lautenberg, D-N.J., said Monday he will introduce legislation to reinstate a ban on the sale of high-capacity ammunition clips like the one allegedly used by Jared Lee Loughner in Saturday’s massacre at a Tucson Safeway store that left six dead and 14 injured, including Arizona Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords.
