UPDATED: Bob Beauprez is Worth Over $100,000 to the NRA

UPDATED: Gun violence and recent school deaths do not seem to affect Republican gubernatorial candidate, Bob Beauprez’s support from the National Rifle Association.

In fact, their relationship couldn’t be any closer.Within the last two days, the NRA has made monetary contributions in support of the Beauprez campaign of over $100,000, according to Secretary of State records copied below. The more school violence, the more money donated as independent expenditures to support Beauprez’s campaign, it would seem.

Is this a purposeful political ploy or is the management over at the Beauprez campaign not paying attention to media headlines? Raking Democrat Bill Ritter over gun control issues during this nation’s sorrow over school violence by guns, just seems inexplicable.
