Report: Sixty percent of members of Congress not holding town halls

The centrist advocacy group No Labels released a report Tuesday saying that only 175 House members are holding town halls this August. In Colorado, though, six out of seven said they were holding town hall meetings during the recess, with only Doug Lamborn saying he is not.
