We’re nothing without you – our sources. A “source” doesn’t just mean a deep-throated anonymous guy lurking in a dark parking lot. Sources are folks with eyes and ears who wander Colorado every day and see and hear things that are potentially newsworthy. News is right under your nose in your neighborhood, at work, at your book club, your kid’s school, your laundromat, your doctor’s waiting room, your dispensary, your national, state or dog park and your place of worship. News spreads in line at the supermarket, the DMV and at your polling place. It’s the stuff you think about while sitting in traffic, riding the chairlift, waiting for the bus or taking a shower. It’s what you chat about with your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers. It’s what you wonder about and would like a journalist to investigate and report. So call us, write us, stop us in person and give us your thoughts, concerns and news tips. For the record, what you tell us can be “off the record” if need be. We’ll work with you. You are, after all, our muses.
