Suspect in 2005 Buck case said he knew it was rape

The 2005 rape case that Weld County DA and current U.S. Senate hopeful Ken Buck declined to prosecute in 2006 just won't go away. According to the transcript of a phone call between the victim and suspect, the suspect acknowledged that he knew he'd raped the then-21-year old. Buck chose not to act on the case.
