Updated: HD-13: Results, Levy Wins

The Rocky Mountain News is declaring Claire Levy the winner of HD-13. There is no Republican challenger, so she will be the new representative for the district.

[Update] Claire Levy is leading with 66.7%. Jim Rettew has 33.3%. With 26 of 71 precincts reporting.
