When is an endorsement not an endorsement? When you endorse both people in the race. This is what the Colorado Contractors Association has done this year. It has endorsed both Bill Ritter and Bob Beauprez for Governor.This is a coup for Ritter who has sold a pro-business message in his campaign. Most years, the association has endorsed Republicans, in the belief that they were more in favor of road construction.
