State Leaving Election Results to Media For Now

The state is declining to provide unofficial election results this year, unlike in years past. The “State of Colorado Unofficial Election Results Resources” on the Web site refers people to the Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News election Web pages. And, the Secretary of State’s Web site clearly states:

Important Notice: The Secretary of State’s Office does not have preliminary election results.

Please contact the County Clerk and Recorders to get preliminary election information.  The Secretary of State will certify the official election results and post them on the “Elections Center” website on December 1.  Voter turnout numbers will be available in December.
