DNC Convention Decision Delayed Until January

Democratic National Committee chair Howard Dean will postpone the selection of the 2008 DNC convention site until after the holidays, according to DNC officials.

New York City and Denver are hotly pursuing this event. Since the Denver Host Committee has hit some fundraising and union snags recently, the delayment should be in their favor.
