Republican Sen. Wayne Allard is expected to announce tomorrow that he will not seek re-election in 2008.
Colorado Confidential first reported in November that Allard was expected to honor his term limits pledge and not seek a third bid for the Senate. Tomorrow’s announcement is expected to take place at the State Capitol in Denver.
