When it comes to educating Colorado students, the choices are varied and many. About the only choice that has been repeatedly rejected – twice during the 1990s by voters and most recently by the Colorado Supreme Court, which ruled it unconstitutional – is the use of vouchers to use public tax money to sent students to private and religious schools.
