Candidate slate filled out for Western Slope legislative races


There will be some interesting races for Western Slope political junkies to watch during this year’s election west of the Divide. Three incumbents in House Districts 54, 59 and 61 will get a free ride to re-election this year, except for Rep. Bernie Buescher in HD58, and all open legislative seats will be contested.


Here’s a quick glance of House and Senate races this year on the Western Slope:

Mesa County (western half) and Delta (western half)
