Ft. Collins paper endorses Ken Buck today

The Fort Collins Coloradoan today endorsed Republican Ken Buck for the United States Senate seat now held by Democrat Michael Bennet.

“Frankly put,” the newspaper opines, “Buck excels beyond appointed incumbent Michael Bennet in articulating a clear path toward solutions.”

“…we take him at his word that he has no agenda to change laws regarding abortion or policies on birth control,” the Coloradoan’s editorial continued.

The paper lauded his positions on economic issues, among which it said would be shifting the $300 billion in so-far unspent stimulus funds into the general fund and cutting the salaries of federal employees.
