We’re getting near the end of the shutdown crisis — or are we? Polls show the Republicans are getting most of the blame for the shutdown. The Senate is getting panicky about the default. House leaders went to the White House to meet with the president. And the Koch brothers want you to know they weren’t for the shutdown.
