Coming Monday: Krieger on the Broncos’ playoff game performance

Watch this space for Dave Krieger’s post-game wrap up on Monday. The Denver Broncos are hosting the San Diego Chargers in what is warming up to be playoff classic. The teams have played twice this year: The Broncos won the first game; the Chargers won the second.

After the Broncos lost that second game, roughly a month ago, Krieger wrote that Mike McCoy, former Broncos offensive coordinator and now Chargers head coach, had clearly developed a winning strategy to blunt the Broncos’ history-making offense and that he managed that day to put it into effect.

Kickoff is planned for 2:40 p.m. on Sunday. It’s airing on CBS and will stream live on the web at You can chat live and follow the play-by-play at the team website.
