Short of having a linguistics expert on speed dial, what’s the average voter to do to decipher campaign trail rhetoric?

Enter a word into the Speechwars Web site for each candidate and watch the oratory magic happen. The database of 125 McCain and Obama speeches notes the number of times the candidates have uttered the keyword as data points in chronological order between April 2004 and August 2008.

Colorado Independent entered a series of issue and value words to gauge the frequency of kitchen table issues versus superficial jabber.
