State Rep. McGihon resigning from Legislature

State Rep. Anne McGihon is stepping down from the Legislature at the end of this month, The Denver Post's Lynn Bartels reports. The Denver Democrat -- who won re-election to a fourth term in November representing House District 3 -- said the travel demands of a new legal job will keep her from being able to represent her district adequately. She represents southwest Denver, Englewood and Cherry Hills Village.
